Prepped ingredients: Elbow noodles Speghetti noodles Ground beef Cooked seasoned chicken breasts Red sauce Alfredo sauce Garlic sauce Cheese sauce Veggie varieties Sliced mozzarella cheese
The meals you can make from prepped ingredients: 1.Grilled chicken parm 2. Spaghetti with or without meat sauce 3. Chicken Alfredo 4. Grilled chicken with side pasta topped with garlic butter sauce 5. Cheeseburger mac 6. Chicken and mac and cheese **all with choice of veggie
